FEES - General Information

Fees are paid in advance by the full term at least five working days before classes commence. Fees are calculated at the rate of $25/hour for adults and $18/hour for children under 18. A family discount of 10% applies if a parent and child are enrolled, or if two or more siblings are enrolled.
Early Bird payments: Fees paid four weeks in advance receive the 10% Early Bird discount.
Late Payments: 20% late fee applies to payments made fewer than three days before classes commence.
Refunds, Deferment: 50% fee applies to any requests for refunds, or deferment after classes commence (unless the course is cancelled by the Centre).
Outstanding Fees: Students may not attend class if any fees are outstanding.
Missed Classes: Credit is not given for missed classes unless negotiated before term commences. To make up a missed class students can join another group but only if it is appropriate to their level, and within the current term.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Payments are only accepted by direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Bank account details will be provided to you when you request to enrol.
Payments are not normally accepted at class - if you cannot pay by EFT please contact the Director to make other arrangements.
