CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
Fees are paid in advance and must be received before classes commence. Terms can vary in length depending on calendar restrictions eg public holidays. Term fees are calculated at the base rate of $30/hour for adults and $20/hour for children under 18.
Refunds: 50% fee applies to any request for refund or deferment after classes have commenced, unless the course is cancelled by the Flamenco Centre. There is no dispensation for any reason including illness, mis-hap, relocation, change of lifestyle or loss of desire or interest.
Unpaid Fees: The Director reserves the right to refuse entry to students whose fees have not been paid. If you are experiencing financial difficulty please discuss payment options with the Director before Term commences.
Late Payments: 20% late fee applies to any un-negotiated payments made after Term commences.
Deductions for Foreseen Absences: You're entitled to pro rata deductions from your term fee for foreseen absences, but only if negotiated before term starts.
Unforeseen absences are not considered.
Missed Classes: Credit/refund is not given for missed classes. It may be possible to make up a missed session in another class but only if the level is appropriate, and only within the current term. Please discuss with Tomás.

DISCOUNTS
Please note, discounts are only offered before Term commences. Full fees apply to all students alike after Term commences.
Early Bird Discount:
20% off full fee. Following are the expiry dates:
Term 1: 18th Jan.
Term 2: 28th March
Term 3: 27th June
Term 4: 19th Sept.
Concession Card Holders:
Further 5% off fees if paid before Term commences (must support request by emailing us a scanned copy of concession card photo ID).
Combined Concession Card + Early Bird:
25% off Term Fee.
New students joining mid-term pay only the balance on the remaining term fee, less any concessions if applicable.
Family Discount: Additional 5% discount applies only to children's classes when families are enrolled.

Fees are payable only by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) via Internet Banking to the account below.
The Paypal option is under review and currently not available. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted.
